Shipping Policy:

- International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
No customs process and duties to US customers from our local warehouse. (When you purchase from another seller, you have to pay a tariff, and you need to provide sensitive information) - Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
Return Policy:
- 30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please read for the details.
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Update on U.S. Import De Minimis Exemption Suspension
Our products are shipped from our USA warehouse with No tariff and other processing delays.Â
The following terms may be valid for custom sizes or specially requested items.
Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for low-value shipments (under $800 USD) to the U.S. has been suspended, meaning all U.S. imports, regardless of value, origin, or entry mode, will be subject to applicable U.S. duties and taxes that may be charged to the receiver of the goods
This change has resulted in a substantial rise of formal customs clearances, which has led to increased processing times and delays.
Actions to Take:
• Ensure complete and accurate commercial invoice information, including product details, country-of-origin, HTSUS code, quantity, and value.
• Include information pertaining to the country-of-origin for each commodity on your commercial invoices when creating your shipment.
• For shipments requiring formal entries, provide an Importer Tax ID with EIN or SSN.
• Include the recipient’s email and contact information for duty and tax collection.
