After you receive the package, open it.
Please do not use a sharp knife or other tools for opening the box.
After opening please unfold and let expand the product, shake up well, and let it rest for about 3 hours it may repeat this process several times to get the original shape. (also helps to remove folding marks and wrinkles from the product)
To ensure that your pillow or comforter will give you many many years of warm and comfortable sleep. Once every two months, you should let it air out.
The traditional method in Europe is placing outside under the sun for 20min once every three months.
We preferred a professional cleaner once every 3-4 years.

The best way store a comforter when not in use is 100% cotton storage bag and hang it on your walk-in closet. Let it aired 360 degrees.
If you ever have to store your comforter or pillow never use a closed plastic bag for storage. Avoid storing comforters in regular plastic bags or vacuum packing. Use a cotton-breathing bag (storage bag). If you need a storage bag, we are glad to ship it to you for a small charge.
